AGE RESTRICTION
In accordance with the Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence for any person under 18 to buy or attempt to buy intoxicating drinks. We will only sell to anyone who is 18 years of age or over, as the law requires. By placing an order you are confirming that you are 18 or over. If you are making a purchase as a gift, then the recipient must also be over 18 years old.
DELIVERY
Get Labelled aim to ship all orders within 5 days of receipt of order. Delivery times are generally within 48 hours, but please allow up to 5 days during busier times for larger or bespoke orders. If you require your order in a shorter time frame, please just get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Mainland UK Delivery is included in the price so there is no need to pay extra. Any non Mainland UK will be an additional cost depending on postcode but we’ll get in touch to discuss this after you place your order.
All deliveries are handled by one of our preferred couriers which depending on the size of the order will either be via a regular courier service or via a pallet delivery
Our couriers will try to deliver your order twice and if possible will leave safely or with a neighbour. If this hasn’t been possible, it will be held at the depot for 2 days and then returned to us.
IMPORTANT: If this happens, we will cancel the order and refund you the cost of your purchase minus the cost of the delivery. If it is a free delivery item, we will charge £6 to cover the cost of the delivery.
If an item has been returned and you would like the item to be sent again, we may charge an additional delivery charge.
Our shippers do not normally receive or deliver parcels over the weekend or Bank Holidays, although Saturday morning deliveries can be made by special arrangement for an additional fee, please get in touch with us to discuss this.

DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS
By the Distance Selling Regulations, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within 7 working days however, personalised products are exempt once they have been produced.
RETURNS POLICY
You may cancel your order for any reason whatsoever at any before the personalised item has been produced. If you wish to return an item after you have received it, there may be a charge to cover the personalisation

REFUNDS
Refunds will be given in accordance with your legal rights. If your product is faulty, damaged or unfit for purpose, please contact us on hello@getlabelled.co.uk
AVAILABILITY
If for any reason, we are unable to supply a particular product, we will notify you as soon as possible. Products can be subject to change and may vary from the images shown on the website.
*Please note that due to the nature of microbreweries, it may be necessary to substitute a beer if stocks have run low. If this happens, we will endeavour to replace with a beer from the same brewery and similar style.
DAMAGES
It is important to us that you receive your order in pristine condition and we assure you we will make every effort to ensure this is the case. However, bottles may unfortunately get damaged in transit. Inspect your delivery for breakages and leakages, if it is apparent it has occurred, refuse the delivery and ask the courier to return to Get Labelled. We will replace your purchase as soon as possible at no extra cost to yourself. Claims for breakages or shortages need to be stated on the courier’s paperwork.

PAYMENT
Orders must be accompanied by payment, preferably via our website. We use Braintree for all card payments and also accept PayPal.
PRICES
Transactions are in British Pounds and inclusive of VAT. Delivery charges if applicable are added at the checkout. Whilst we endeavour to keep prices low, we reserve the right to increase prices in the event of supplier increases.
